Brief
This high-end development project centred around craftsmanship and luxury. The task in this case was to produce an impeccable finish and set the scene for aspirational living, leaving each property presented with an immaculate, spa-like quality.
Analysis: Site Visit
After a thorough examination of the individual properties by our project manager, considering their unique features, materials and finishes, such as oak, walnut and granite, our experienced cleaning team followed a bespoke cleaning schedule to deliver careful and thorough Builders’ and Sparkle cleans to each property.
Implementation: Works Carried Out
Alongside all fixtures, fittings, walls and floors, the Cklip team paid additional attention to integrated appliances and sanitary ware, also deep cleaning wall and floor tiling to remove grout and plaster residues, and polishing glass balustrades, mirrored and chrome surfaces to a spotless, high shine finish.
