Egger is a chipboard manufacturing site located in Hexham, Northumberland, and is the largest manufacturing employer in the region, with 21 production sites globally.

Cklip have a specially trained, dedicated team in operation at Egger year-round, located in the Conti Hall building with its Continuous Press, Forming Line and Sander in 24-hour production, and requiring daily attention to ensure waste wood dust remains at safe, operable levels.

Alongside daily cleaning, the Egger Hexham plant partially shuts down operations to carry out essential maintenance across the plant at various points in the year. This includes outsourcing for multiple specialist teams to service both buildings and machinery. All works must be delivered and completed without fail within the allotted time as it is critical that full production resumes on schedule.
