Cklip Commercial Cleaning was appointed by Brims Construction to carry out a full sparkle and detail clean at HICSA, located at Bede Campus in Sunderland. This formed the final stage of the construction project, preparing the building for a seamless handover to the client and project partners.

Brief

Brims required a high-standard final clean throughout the newly completed educational facility. Our objective was to ensure all surfaces, fixtures, and finishes were immaculate and handover-ready – on time and in line with strict quality expectations from both the main contractor and the client.

Analysis: Site Visit

Before commencing, our project manager conducted a thorough site visit to assess access, timelines, and cleaning requirements. This allowed us to plan resources effectively, ensure health and safety measures were in place, and tailor our approach to the specific needs of the building and schedule.

Implementation: Works Carried Out

We delivered a full sparkle and detail clean across classrooms, washrooms, corridors, stairwells, and kitchen spaces. Our team carried out internal window cleaning, high-level dusting, floor polishing, and deep sanitisation using professional-grade equipment and products. The works were completed efficiently while other trades were still active on site.

Review: Hand Over

The project was completed on time and to a high standard, with no issues raised during the final inspection. Brims Construction praised the quality of our work, highlighting our attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work around other trades during the final stages of the build.
