One Trinity Gardens

One Trinity Gardens houses a range of contemporary, Grade A office suites and amenities situated in the distinguished location of Newcastle’s Quayside.

The building features an onsite gym, café, and 24-hour reception, and after an extensive refurbishment in the summer of 2024, includes newly fitted open plan kitchen facilities and break out areas, and interiors finished in a luxurious industrial-modernist style.

Brief

As the refurbishment approached completion Task Fit Out contracted Cklip to provide comprehensive builders’ and sparkle cleans across multiple floors of the newly upgraded building. The brief encompassed deep cleaning of washrooms, communal areas, the café and gym, as well as interior window cleaning throughout.

Analysis: Site Visit

While the building retained its existing structure, the interior space was redesigned to accommodate open plan areas and improved facilities, capitalising on the full height 25m atrium and floor to ceiling glazing of the entrance to flood the spaces with natural light.

Cklip’s project manager paid special attention to the distinctive design elements, including exposed light fittings, pipes and ducts, new flooring, and the glazing, all of which are central to the building’s aesthetic and appeal to residents and future tenants. As with all our clients, these unique specifications were used to generate a cleaning schedule and in-depth RAMS to ensure our cleaning operatives had all the information in place needed to work efficiently, considerately and safely on site.

Implementation: Works Carried Out

While the Task Fit Out team worked tirelessly to address some of the inevitable challenges inherent in completing a project of this scale, our project manager collaborated closely with them to navigate obstacles and ensure that all cleaning tasks were completed efficiently and without compromising quality.

Despite demands on site increasing unexpectedly, we are committed to ensuring our clients projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality, and supplied additional operatives ensuring all timelines and standards were met without issue.
