In October of 2024 Cklip was entrusted with delivering Builders’ and Sparkle Cleans to a uniquely designed, private luxury property, built directly overlooking Sunderland’s Seaburn coastline.

The design of this stunning property evokes the aesthetic of a ship at sea and maximises the views with expansive glazing across its three floors, with balconies and bi-fold doors connecting the interior to the landscape wherever possible.

Brief

Every room features luxury finishes in a natural palette, including oak floors, deep pile cream carpets and fabric wall treatments. A distressed metal balustrade spans the central staircase, and a contemporary crystal chandelier hangs in the downstairs open plan living area.

Given the high spec and quality of materials used in this property, the Cklip team were required to proceed with care and leave the house presented immaculately and ready for hand over to the owner.

Analysis: Site Visit

Our Project manager visited the property to consult with the site manager and create a cleaning schedule that would ensure completion on time despite various trades still operating onsite.

In addition to the Builders’ and Sparkle cleans the site manager requested exterior window cleaning. In response additional team members were scheduled onto the job so as not to jeopardise the delivery timeline.

Implementation: Works Carried Out

In this case a small but experienced team were deployed onsite, chosen for their ability to work efficiently and proactively around tradespeople working under pressure to complete their tasks.

While a specialist team completed the exterior window cleaning, employing a scissor lift and the Reach & Wash system, the rest of the team worked methodically and with care to deliver the Builders’ Clean and a final, pristine Sparkle Clean.

This beautiful and unique new home was left in immaculate condition ensuring a seamless handover to the delighted client.
